Psychoanalytic psychotherapy's new settings in Services for mental heal

Abstract

Some considerations are proposed about the connections of psychotherapy and psychoanalysis with psychopathology and it is underlined the pragmatic value of diagnostic operation in the context of  relationships born from a request for a help. Four reports about clinic interventions, realized in two different Centers for Mental Health in Rome, are then presented. In the reports attention is focused on the connection between “critic events” in the contexts in which the request is born and the development of the intervention.
